  • Prior Explicit Agreement: Sharing intimate digital content requires prior, unambiguous consent. Unsolicited material violates personal boundaries.
  • Ownership & Deletion: Shared intimate content remains the property of the individual who created it. Respecting requests to delete media is mandatory.
